Has anybody read A Dance to the Music of Time? I'm on volume six and still can't decide if I like it or not. Maybe I'll find out in the next six volumes.

Only 12 Volumes ?? Wow!!  can't think what the title could portray with regard to the total contents ??
Seems a relative to  "War and Peace" by Tolstoy Huh?

I think it has 'War and Peace' beaten on length. It begins just after the First World War. It nearly reached WW2, but now it's gone back to the narrator's childhood in volume six. There was a TV film of it - a bit shorter than the book I reckon, but I've only seen exerts on YouTube.
It's by Anthony Powell.

Hi Peter, I trust that you are still persuing the second half of the volumes, hopefully enjoying them more.

Hi Phoenix,
I am sort of enjoying the book. I just keep worrying about the writing and plotting. I won't know if it is any good until I've finished it. Anyway it's a challenge. Check out this YouTUbe URL>
