There I was minding my ownio business like I do,and I was pottering around in my kitchen,and a knock on the door,it was one of those luverly salesman (not) and he tried to sell me double glazing that I have already got,which he could see!..

Anyway,as I had tried to no avail to send him to my nextdoor but one neighbour,who is um not very nice,hehe,my tummy called 'penny' (my ileo) decided to shoo him away by making the biggest noise ever,he looked at my tum,and I looked at him and he went quick!...hehe....Phew!...I love 'penny' now!..hehe..

So if anyone wants one,they are given free via the NHS,all you need to have to get one is a painful tummy!..

Yep!...Erm would you like some fruit and nut cake?....It is my speciality!...
