Hi Mac, Good to know. Perhaps we have the problem here, because the 'worst' area's are where the 'othere's' have taken over. Not the first time either !!

Don't you put your rubbish in dustbins that are collected every week or every two weeks?

Around this Area, we have a Black wheelie Bin, a green wheelie bin and a Brown wheelie bin: = Black for normal rubbish: Green for recycling: Brown for Garden refuse: -- Black is collected one week and Green and brown the second week: All Bins have to be put onto the pavement, from out of our gardens, where usually kept. Lids Must be Closed and Weight is Checked? (sensor inside Bins) -- Also IF?? The wrong material is put in the wrong BIN?? The householder Is Fined!! ---  Thousands have been, so one has to be very careful, some people may well place objects
in Bins that are Not their's ?? It Does happen!! -- Some councils have other coloured bins?? -- Anything that does NOT go in the bins, must be taken to The Council Tip??  If one does not have a car??  One has to pay for someone to Clear: Have done my best to Explain!! Some area's have 'complained' about Rats and Flies etc:
