there will be an exibition of `tutankhaman`s` tomb effects
soon in London i believe...those of you that expect to see
the gold face mask...................will be disappointed.
it was announced that the face mask WILL stay in Cairo
Museum.....................as it is too FRAGILE to travel.

Always the way isnt it Skeggy ?
I was very fortunate to go to Egypt a few years ago,
I went to visit the museum in Cairo,it was facinating, the mask was there of course but alas Tut wasnt he was elsewhere, there was a replica of him though and he was so tiny.
But best of all was the little monkey it looked real !

Oh Skeggy
its the most interesting place I have ever been to.
I only went because my father was there in the war,
and I wanted to see the places he had talked about.
All of the hotels are like palaces and yet the people are paupers, well a lot of them are.
My favourite place was the valley of the kings,it was magnificent !
