It looks like it is a winner they've sold out on this site but I'm sure you could get it elsewhere, I think I might look out for it, it sounds terrific.

Good luck Mac and take it easy, I gave up guilt ages ago, it interfered with my play time. I won't say a word about the book until I know you've read it.

Hi Val, You keep that lovelly 'Red Hair'  a'showing and be proud!! -- The only time i 'cover up' is when the Sun is out??  Have to wear my panama hat to stop skin cancer - last Hospital check due August 26th. should be OK??

Why is it that as we grow Older?? we seem to inherit these Guilt Feelings ?? I never used to have them and wonder if it's because I cannot do things as before Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

We are learning all our lives Phoenix
and in the autumn of our lives we have to accept some things
I am sure once we accept them it gets easier.

I don't do guilt these days, for the first time I feel free of it and allow myself to enjoy it. As a mum of 4 I was full of guilt, am I doing the right thing, are they getting enough vitamins and so it went on. The youngest is 20 so if I got it wrong tough I can't change it now. Its me time, so Phoenix enjoy your me time and let go the guilt.BTW although this sounds selfish I make sure it doesn't hurt anyone.
