Sad to hear the news that Jane has finally lost the battle against cancer today

Jane was a brave woman, most of us would have hid ourselves away moaning about how bad life had treaten us, but jane made a stand for all and showed that having a terminal illness did not stop everything.

Jane has done more in the last 7 years than most of us have done in a lifetime. but I think her greatest legacy will be the example she set to her childlen she showed them that despite adversary your can achieve anything if you put your heart into...I think we have all benefitted from sharing Janes life over the last seven years .

May she rest in peace

I was reading today about Jane, what a role model she is,
3 beautiful children and a loving husband.
I am not going to dwell on the "why her" I am going to look at it this way
Jane has been very sick for a long time
and she used the time she had left to fulfil her dreams, whilst at the same time being a mother and wife,I know her husband  and the children, would have been glad of the time they had together because it was so precious.
Not all of us get this chance.
She was for sure a "superstar" and a pillar of society, may she now rest in peace with the angels.

Hi Maurice
Maybe we could have a rememberance thread
and people can post on the day thay want to remember someone special.
We dont have to know the person being remembered but we will be thinking of the person who posted it.
For example
it is my mothers birthday today folks
and I would like to share some of my memories with you of her.......................etc

Kate McCann
I feel so sorry for these two people
I just cant believe they have anything to do with their daughters abduction at all.!
You dont have IVF babies at great cost to harm them in any way !
I think the Portugese police need a good talking to at the very least
I just had to get that off my chest Huh
