If I was young and wanted out of the UK I would not go to Europe. It would be somewhere like New zealand Australia canada etc.Sadly I am old and have to stay here now and pay dearly for it all too !

Mac our pupils always learn that the Mexicans think the "grass is greener in the USA", but when they are there they see that it's not all gold that glitters. I think the same can be said of New Zealand, Australia or Canada. I suppose living there is quite easy if you come and have some money to start, but if you have to build up your life there, it certainly is as hard as at home. Moreover you must have the right profession. My daughter and my son-in-law spent their honeymoon in New Zealand and they were very enthusiastic. They said that computer specialists were urgently required at that time and if you were one, you certainly had good prospects there. However, what about the others?Huh

For me Teri the USA is a no go too much crime too many false people, not all of course.I dont know why the Mexicans want to go to USA they dont like them there, they are better staying where they are they have been there since long before America was America.I am sure all these countries would be better off if they build their own country for themselves. And of course thats down to the government being fair and not greedy.

IF ONLY!! IF ONLY!! IF ONLY!! -- That The leaders of Each and Every Country, would look after Their Own People First All The Time???  Instead of trying to 'Dictate' to other Countries!! ----

Many Germans prefer to move into another country when they are old either for health or financial reasons. There are lots of Germans spending their "evening of life" as we call it on Mallorca, Teneriffa and the other Canarian Isles. Some even go as far as New Zealand and Australia.
