I was bought a liquidiser for xmas. Its very nice but there was no leaflet advising of amounts that can be put in the goblet ie if making smoothies. I'm a " bung " cook normally but I would like a guide to portion size, also for making soups.
thanksbetty

Hello Betty
I can put all the ingredients for soup in my blender
and the same for smoothies
I use 5 fruits a day as they recommend
I will give you an example
soup
1 onion
1 carrot
1 stick celery
1 tin tomatoes
seasoning to taste chilli, salt, papper, chicken cube, then boil for 20 minutes in a pan
the fruit I just cut up amd put in !
hope this helps

One of these days, I am going to 'treat' myself to some Fish and Chips ?? -- The Gulls must have eaten all those 'Tons' that had to be thrown back, because of 'over' fishing
