Hi all

The case in Crown Court was brought forward by a day and no one was told so we all missed going to it. We found this out on the court website. We phoned them and this is what the court attendant said.

She got sixteen weeks prison sentence, suspended for eighteen months, one years' probation and a three months curfew. The court attendant added 'That's the way it goes, I'm afraid!'

We still didn't find out what she was found guilty of, stealing ?10,000 or ?26,000. Even the policeman in charge of the case didn't know, or said he didn't.

We're all gutted. That poor old man ended his life in such a way and the person responsible is caught and let off without paying a penny back, and to look for her next victim.
