The Country Broke ?? No, cannot be right. Too much money is still being Spent and 'we' are still Giving Money to those far away countries.

Our city fountains, are still Not working correctly
Children playing in these same fountains 'In the middle of Town' have not been Barred, from going itno the close shops, as those children are soaking wet. The silly mothers, think it's Fun
? The council say it will 'attract' visitors into the City.
