I take it you are saying/suggesting/implying that Bulger is innocent?
you probably think Myra Hindley was "framed" too!
Jamie Bulger was the innocent, Venables and Thompson were for a 100% fact the perpretators of the crimes against him. The vast majority of the Bleeding heart brigade would never have the courage to even read the full account of what they did to the lad.

I still cannot accept the killing of a child as revenge, that is barbaric.
There is no doubt that they should have both been locked away for life with hard labour and without parole. After reaching the age of an adult they could then have been offered euthanasia if they had no desire to carry on living.

I cannot answer for other people, but I was speaking in the context of the title of this thread.

If one would wish to widen the scope of this subject, perhaps a new thread, relating to capital punishment, should be commenced.
Personally, I will stay away from it because, I know from experience, that the subject can be pretty inflammatory, usually endless opinions and arguments.
One might surmise that it might be an interesting subject, but it goes  NOWHERE! (and causes disharmony)

This Topic of conversation, would have to go to such depths, that disharmony would arise on the forum and that is not the purpose of our Chats.
