Find the book if you don't know the title or even the author, its very good, I just put in villages and found loads of books I want to read as well as those I had read and forgotten about.

http://bit.ly/YisNt

I posted this on another site and it seemed to go down well.

What a good idea. Did you know that you can have books on loan, from any Library, anywhere. We still have lots of books to read yet, but always have a look in 'age concern'--
Took a large bag of books and 6 pairs of shoes, to 'sue ryder' today. Some shoes have never been on my feet, but as my feet are swollen, it's just no use taking up space ----

A bit off subject, but some to avoid. The ten most depressing books. http://tiny.cc/C2wfs I was traumatised by Jude the Obscure many years ago, which beat The Bell Jar by a short head.

Now that Borders is going into administration they are selling all their books at 20 percent discount. That may get better, as they are still making 40 percent on the publisher's trade prices even at 20 percent discount. It's worth checking out if you want to buy books for Christmas presents.

A BOOK ?? Has anybody ever considered "MIND BODY SPIRIT"
with regard to 'Meditation' Huh?? A friend of our's has been going to Meditation classes and  was talking to us about them. With the problems of today and pressure of the mind (??) It would appear to help with Relaxing.

Its only lazy if you can do it but can't be bothered. I think if you were lazy it would've shown up in your youth, its your turn to relax now.

just have to admit that I have never been lazy. A firm believer, in get that job done, a.s.a.p. = like now. but times do change --- including oneself. it appears to be all, 'Rest and Relaxation' and that is hard work = Boring. Roll Eyes Roll Eyes I want to do, then Eve says "Go and sit down before you fall down" -- Do you know that feeling -- "Come on Body, Do something" why does it not listen. Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Its hard when you've been physically active to change, thankfully most of my hobbies mean sitting down.

Hi Val, Puzzles!! We used to love about two years ago, in the winter and had lots. Sadly ?? we just don' do them anymore after a 'clean up'   Great for the mind and relaxation though.

Why do we do those things and perhaps regret it later.
Same as games and Cards, we just don't play anymore.
Now Books, is a different thing. I bought 4 today and Eve got 6 = loads to read, so if one seems 'heavy' just discard and choose another. As with 'hardbacks' soo heavy to hold, that I have put them out. Happy Reading to you all.

I hate games, I must admit I play cards all the time on the computer, well not all the time but a lot, I find it very addictive.
