Over the last few weeks wife thing and I have savoured the delights of a SUB, now I dont know if you have one in your town / City / Ghetto, but they are great, search them out and enjoy, great value for money and so tasty. Sub of the Day ?1.99p yum yum very filling!!!!

Its what you pick Pheonix, Cheese,tomato's, beef, lamb, and an assortment of proper vegetables etc that you wish to have inside it, all fresh as well...dont kick it till ya tried it, I wouldnt reccomend anything that was nasty!!!! Smiley

Watchdog Tonight !! 6 grammes of salt, is the normal intake. Too many foods have too much salt, that can cause High blood pressure. Be Wary !!!!!
