Hello early birds !!!

I am attempting to grow some tomato's, I know nothing about them so I am throwing myself at you lot!!!

Some advice has been given from another site, and I want to know if I am doing it right.

I have grown them since they were 2" high, and now they are 18" high, I have some nice trusses appearing with flowers on. I have cut all the lower leafs off, what next folks?

Tomatoes?? Don't cut the leafs off. Remove the shoots that grow between the leaf and stalk, with your fingers = Easy.
Don't let the plants dry out. When Tomatoes have 'formed' then you can Feed, with Tomarite.  Need staking, as plants grow as they become Top Heavy, Give TLC and await the pleasure of Sampling.  ----   Enjoy!!

Thanks Pheonix, I have only taken the lower leaf's off, I couldnt get the nozzle of the watering can in there.

Do you or any one think I have damaged the growth of the final product by doing this???

I'm absolutely devastated all my tomatoes are diseased, I think its blight, the leaves have all curled up and died and the fruit has brown patches on it. I've had to take what tomatoes looked ok and hope the will ripen in the conservatory and get rid of the plants.

Could be neglet, with all that er ??  Gadding about Lol!!
Have you not been watering and feeding ?? Tomatoes are so easy to grow, though I did not grow any this year (shame)??
Runner beans also need lots of water, it's been quite Hot and some 'dry out' -- Eve's son, has had an exccess on them and we have had a nice supply.  S'lovelly!!
Don't worry, there is always next year. Will be better then.

PAULINE, 2 QUESTIONS, 1ST, DID YOU GROW THEM DOWN THE MIDDLE OF THE GREENHOUSE OR DOWN THE SIDE
2ND DID YOU GROW CUCUMBERS IN THE GREENHOUSE.
