So??  it pleases you, to say that I am narrow minded. Being of an Older age group, with standards, I still believe in. I do not consider gay's and lesbians, to be normal -- something is very wrong. oH! yes! uneducated??? my past education, will without any doubt, be far higher than your own. I will not continue in this, what I consider, a Below a normal persons Interest!!

I personally believe in 'Live and Let Live'...If someone is happy to form a consential relationship with their own sex then that is their business as long as they don't force their way of life onto anyone that is obviously not 'that way!'..

While I was growing up it was normal to see ladies linking arms and giving each other a hug, this was sort of girly, and no one turned an eye,but since Lesbianism has been allowed to be open then a lot of straight ladies don't do that anymore incase they are thought to be a lesbian!...

On the other hand straight men have never linked arms and hugged a man,so for me to see this in the street is uncomfortable to watch!...

But this is my innerself,as on occassions I have worked with and even been very well looked after in hospital by a few men and ladies who I could see had this preference!..

Writing this as I honestly feel inside is that as long as they don't impose on me their way of life then I am very comfortable in their presence!...
One part of this that does really get to me is that if a man wants to be the female of a homosexual partnership then perhaps they should seek help in how to dress, makeup and walk, because they do not take the way that a normal female does dress, walk etc and this is what draws a lot of attention to them!...

Saying this though a long time ago I was in the position to help several mentally ill patients who were mentally ill through numerous reasons, mainly from terrible childhood experiences to the after effects of taking drugs,to name just two,but on meeting a man that was a homosexual it was obvious that he was wanting so much to be what is said as to be 'normal' he had a terrible time in his life as he battled against what was obviously within him,and he tried so hard to be what his family expected, but he couldn't and eventually he had a severe mental breakdown!...

I suppose also it could be seen as 'banding together with one rope'..
A lot of youngsters today are known to cause terror where ever they go and have given the majority of youngsters today a 'bad name',so all the good ones have to prove so hard that they are not like this, and so the pressure is on them!..Similar to what I believe in the majority  of homosexuals and lesbians, they are decent, law abiding citizens that just happened to prefer their own sex and do so in the privacy of their own homes, hurting no one!....

As Cath said many are born this way, there is nothing they can do even if they wanted to change their way of thinking etc!..
I know that this has happened from centuries ago, although it was all hidden and kept under wraps, but it was there!..

Hi everyone,
I am not gay,and do not have a problem with gay people, but I do get fed up with homosexuality being portrayed as being normal, in fact it is very on trend and hip to be that way,I notice even hetrosexual females are snogging each other quite openly, for goodness sake what's happening, do people not value privacy anymore, maybe its evolution, in my younger years, thank god, men were men, they grew hair on their bodies coooooooooooor, not on their heads, dressed like men, and behaved like men, wheras a large amount of todays young men are like girls with their long hair, makeup, jewellery, and hairless bodies, also they cry and bitch more than actual girls do, maybe in time it will go full circle and the girls will have real men back, sorry guys.

People can do what they want in the privacy of their own homes as long as no one is hurt. What I do have a problem with and this applies to everyone hetrosexuals, bi sexuals, homosexuals the lot, is when they are all over each other in public, I don't mean holding hands or little displays of affection but you see them everywhere groping each other, its embarrassing and quite honestly I don't want to know, it should be private. I feel like saying for goodness sake put each other down and go somewhere private.

Absolutely Agree Val. It is Highlighted, too much Today and like everything else, drasticly lower's our known standards.
Note: even the queen's bodyguard, has openings HuhHuhHuh
But then Val, some of us are 'old school' and wish to retain those standards that some fail to understand.
