Another piece of good news. Eve's scan shows Clear. But she has cancelled her 'Gastroscopy' because of the side effects, which could be serious, to her age and poor health.
Eve now has to apply for a 'Barium Meal' appointment via her Doctor, another waiting period.

Evening all, hope everyone is well, we seemed to have escaped the rain most of Kent had. Thinking of joining our very small library, books are getting a bit expensive now I'm reading more, might get Frank to push me there to poke my nose in to see what they've got.

Hi Val, Excellent Idea that.
Books really are getting too costly in Charity shops now. Am sure that you will Enjoy the selection. Might even get Frank interested.

Afternoon folks.I went round the library and got a few books. We've been to Reculver today, walked the dogs, well they walked, Frank pushed me. It was hard work for him up the slope.Loads of people out and about and cyclists, its been an eye opener since being in a wheelchair, people have been so friendly and helpful. I return all the smiles and thanks, maybe us humans aren't so bad after all.

Hello Val, Looks as though you enjoyed exploring the library, a great way to relax by 'getting your head' in a book.
-- Bet it was really Good, getting out for a walk with Frank and the Dogs and meeting pleasant people too.
Sure makes our day. -- Who made the 'Cuppa' when you got back home, bet Frank was --- Gasping.

I had a bag of chips on the way home too, it was a good day. Long may they continue. Is Eve still having her nebs? I've stopped mine for now, they gave me the shakes something awful,I felt like an alchy with the dts.Its bad enough trying to breathe without shaking as well. I think Frank is going to cut the lawn today and I might try my hand at making some cakes, I can't put the oven on in case I blow us all up with the oxygen but I can do the mixing etc.
The day has started off sunny and lovely but I hear up north they've got rain and its going to cloud over later. Have a good day everyone.

Oh! Happy Days Everyone.
. Eve is still using her nebuliser and it sure does help. Her 'Bariunm Meal' is now schedualed for Wednesday 29th.september and shall be waiting for those results, ----- Patiently ??
Our decorator is really going mad, working hard and Eve's daughter in law, came down today and started cleaning the kitchen cupboards etc: (those jobs that we cannot do. What a mad house with four of us, Teas and laughter flowing -- but fast.
. -- Did not even know it was raining.

Has anyone watched "Vera Lynns Story" on TV
?
We watched it at lunchtime. Mavellous! Fantastic! Stupendous and anything else I can think of. The Most Wonderfull Woman there has ever been, from the 30s.up to Today!! Her singing was brilliant from then and still had a No One Hit in 2008. She travelled out east during the war, to Entertain our "Forgotten Army" suffering hardships along the road. If you did not watch the programme, you really have missed "The Best" ---------------

Morning BJ, I posted a little earlier and forgot to log-out, so I've logged back in to log out.
I see Lost Jack is still signed in but probably long gone.
Good morning Val and Dalerite. I hope the day is good to us all.
I'm off to do some housework, for one reason and another I couldn't get much done, yesterday.
