Hi Phoenix
It is taking its time thats for sure.
Bright and sunny this morning but cold as charity and then we had snow followed by a hailstorm.
The Gods are certainly chucking stuff about up there.

Good Evening everyone,
Have been very busy of late, decorating!!!!!! anyhow just
having some carpet fitted and all will be finished, have had
sky cable installed today and am really chuffed with it, the
HD channels are something else, can't imagine that TV could be improved on, but the fella who installed it for us said the next move in technology is 3D TV, its all moving so fast these days.

Hi Starlite, I'm just starting to decorate our Sarahs room, it will be a slow process even though its only a small room, afternoons I'm about to collapse.
we haven't got cable here
but we're ploughing on with our old tele until it gives up, I love those flat screens, I don't think our tele will give up though it just seems to go on forever.
Hope you get some good weather soon George, you've had it bad this year. Phoenix we don't have the heating on very high, it plays havoc with my breathing and Frank doesn't feel the cold so it doesn't always come on. The temperatures here aren't bad its just the biting wind that makes everything so cold. Dalerite it will warm up eventually hang on in there, says she with baited breath.

Morning all and happy Easter to everybody.
Strange custom that, saying happy Easter when it was apparently far from joyful for a few folk.
It is cold but clear today and I am glad we don't live further north as they have had a pot full.
I do fear for the garden this year everything is so far behind.
Still gonna get warm by burning a load of papers we have been hoarding for some reason. Far to many to shred for the compost bin.

Hi Everyone,
Wishing each a very pleasant Easter, don't think the
weather is gonna be up to much, so put your feet up
and enjoy doing not much.

I take it that you have all been working and now resting on your laurels.
Not that there is much else to do. The sun has done it's usual thing In/Out several times.
We have the heating to suit Eve, she has lost so much weight, that she feels the cold easily, I'm the warm one, so nip outside for some fresh air.
Starlite, The 3D for Tv, should be good. I first watched 3D film in 1953 at leicester = The Robe.

Good morning folks, finished decorating, we've had the plumbers in but have now got to make good in the kitchen, the fire has yet to be connected but we're making good the fireplace surround before he fixes it. The attic is being sorted , we're laying down more insulation, the grass is growing as I speak really needs cutting, oh well it will get done, I just won't venture out in case I get lost.
Hope everyone had a good Easter, I had a rotten cold, throat is still a bit sore, I'm sure it was the wallpaper paste.

Left a couple of posts, hoping people come and join in with the fun.
Lets get the site full again.
The only way this can be done, is to enjoy, and other people will come back or join.

Afternoon all, a far better couple days.
Actually got outside today and started sorting out a few pots for the plants.
Gonna get some fresh compost tomorrow and start some seeds off, better late than never.

I bought some tom plants round B&Q, they are so sad looking but I'll bring them on. I hope. Its been a glorious day, even the dogs were sat outside and first time this year no coat when taking them out, the sea was wonderful, Monty even had a swim but he'd dried off by the time we got home. I cut down a couple of hebes and Frank dug them up for me, just having a change around in the garden, I want to try and create more shade in the seating area, it gets so hot in summer.
