Don't forget I put new posts on my blog weekly - or twice weekly if I get enthusiastic. This week I tell you, if you can't get out, how to keep (moderately) fit

How do you cope Peter if you get a sugar craving? I can go for awhile without anything sweet, then get the craving which is so hard to ignore and it sets me on the slippery slope again.

That, is a hard one ?? -- When in the supermarkets, do you find the 'cake counters' move to stop you going by them -- I am sure those counters are on wheels.

Glad those 'Goodies' don't have teeth, they would jump into our shopping baskets too
Us humans are a soft touch when it comes to 'those goodies'
--- and it does not help my waistline and belly. I must get out with my walker and 'run some fat off' Lol! Lol!!

They have magnets fitted though and everytime you walk past they cling on.I'm cutting out the junk now Christmas has passed, back to my fruit and no cakes regime, I love fruit so don't find it too difficult.

A piece of fruit works wonders, so they say. ?? Only wish Eve would eat fruit, so it's just for me. Apples = Too Hard.
Banana's get overipe, too soon - then get thrown out.
Thinks ?? I will stick with the cakes - Sooo Easy. Lol!!
Just because the bread, is next door. Bug Off Week - Again??

I have a banana for breakfast everyday, I buy the ripe and green ones from Tescos so the green ones ripen up by the time I get to them. After losing a tooth and filling to apples I now cut them up, an apple, piece of cheese, crackers or fresh bread is a lovely lunch, followed by a yoghurt delicious.

You could try only eating cakes on one day of the week. At least you will then have six healthy days. But watch out for the jam tomorrow.
I have just done an article on diet helping rheumatoid arthritis. I'd be interested to hear from anyone who has tried out a diet change and had any results.

Hello Peter, I now have an Occupational Therapist and have some execises to perform, every day. Now on day two and feeling better, to be able to do something. I also bought a indoor cycle, to help my feet and legs. Just the small unit with pedals and computer. Early day's, but I am sure my legs are feeling a bit lighter and easier.
