Christmas Cake Leftovers.
If you have any leftover Christmas or Fruit Cake through the year,
here is a simple way to make use of it.
Crumble the cake into a bowl,sprinkle with a little Rum
(if you have any of that left over as well)
and roll into Balls.
Dip in melted Chocolate and refrigerate.
I prefer to just have the fruit cake with a good dollop of Vanilla IceCream[/color]
