Ye Gods Chris, just thought about when I was 62 years young. Dancing 3 times a week (with Eve at 60) ballroom, oldetyme and sequence. Both of us "Fit as a Fiddle" guess it's about 6 years since we stopped and that seems to be our downfall, as health starts to go. Yes the mind stays young, but the body raises 'objections' Huh??
The moral of this, is to stay as young as possibly with the help of your Family. I trust you will !!
