Chris,  This is a 'sticky wicket' ??  I thought according to the media, that the only Criminals here are The senior citizens ?? -- being caught putting 'rubbish 'in the wrong bin, Dropping litter in the streets etc:  we are being watched, just about everywhere we go, just in case we are 'Naughty' Lol!!Lol!!  Thankfully this country is still 'Floating' (just) t'is not the Sea that is Rising, but the weight of humanity above Huh??

Standards have dropped because people are lazy, its easier putting a video on than doing something with kids, because we don't have a community much anymore no one worries about what the neighbours will say so there's no shame and crime has soared. When we were young if we were being naughty the neighbours always said I'll tell your mum and we didn't doubt for one second that maybe they didn't know who she was.It was a community effort to keep kids on the straight and narrow and their parents.

Okay okay okay,,,,I wasnt here this afternoon,,I was absent and I was freezing cold,,but oh what fun my Lad and I had,,,oh and Mum and Daughter came along as well. We all went to our local Park to Fly Myles's aircraft,,,yes I got a go as well. He gets all the good toys, I get socks and vests  Cry Cry Cry He isnt old enough to drink my Brandy yet though,,,lmao.

We got to the park at about 2.30 fully expecting to fight for some room to fly this craft!!!!! The Park was Deserted, we as a family were the only people in the whole park!!!! Google it, its called "Egerton Park in Bexhill-On-Sea", we had the whole place to ourselves, I have seen 20.000 people on that park in the Summer months. Have all the Children been sucked into cyber space or abducted by aliens, where were they today.

I have attached a Pic of my two running free as Children should, I do worry about all the other Childen in my Town!!!

Mac !!!! The snow came in the night, it was so thick the Roads were blocked and the trains were halted as it was the wrong snow (Evidentially), Snow ploughs could not get through to clear the streets. We in the Sussex region have been cut off from the rest of humanity for days now, we are awaiting the rescue teams to arrive from India in this our hour of need, Pakistan has promised a blanket, and China has donated a kilo of rice (number 3 on the menu) to help us get through. Wales has promised to send us a tent if the snow gets any thicker, and Scotland has promised us the poles (wooden ones, not those from across the water) to support the Tent. Russia has promised an air drop of Vodka, well one bottle from its spy plane if it can get under our radar system. Germany France and Italy said that they would donate a fiver between them if it becomes a national tragedy.

Okay so then I woke up and we had had a flurry of snow, it did manage to settle on the roofs, which just goes to prove that the free (Dutch)insulation works.

Goodness knows where the frost went, think old Jack put it back in his bag and went home.

No, Chris, you sent the snow and frost to us, i.e. to Southern Germany. It started snowing at noon and it's still snowing. I have already shovelled snow twice and there's no end to be seen.

Some years ago local councils came up with the idea to give free roof insulation, it was made in Holland, Venlo if I remember rightly. I dont know if the councils still do this for people though.

You, Chris, what news - you are rich - you have got a young wife and she is still working and earning money - or as we Germans say "please, God maintain still a long time my wife's ability to work" (it's rather difficult to translate it in English) (German sense of humour - lol)

Mac, Insulation for Roofs and Cavity Walls, are Government sponcered, not by Councils.  Our Bungalow Loft was done a few months ago, but as our main side wall in 'stud' walling, it appears it cannot be done ??  "Rockwool" is the best from scandinavian countries, as it does not 'crack' or transfer 'moisture' -- By the way The Insulation, installed is totally Free of charge!!
