I would like to ask a a great favour from you. It is important for us to build our membership and so, could I ask you to recommend your friends to Not Dead Yet. I hope you don't mind me asking this of you but it will help to build the site.

Phoenix, but your own - two years ago I got some poems from an Australian penpal who pretended that he had written them by his own, but alas they weren't his own. I found them on the internet - the author was an English prof.

I personally, would not use aanother's name, to Publish any material on the Internet?? -- The only exception is via our web 'circle' of friends (they come in!! They go out)!! -- Sometimes there are Interesting letter's that are 'sent' but I alway's leave the Author's Name on. The Credit is their's, Not mine!! -- But I will get around to posting some soon. Would be good if othere's would do this also --- I love poems!  So lets have some, Please!!
 If by other Authors, just leave their name on!

Phoenix...why dont we create a `CAFE`on this site have a section called `THE CAFE`then people could wander in and  out...like a real `cafe`...the newbe`s may prefer a cafe
to meet in..what do other people think..any other idea`s.

I just dont know,we have the chat room but it is rarely used,it would be nice to talk soemtimes instead of posting.

No idea, perhaps we should install a "message board" or similar to facilitate "Newbies" the communication.

I was thinking of setting up a space for new members to introduce themselves on the front page and also a list of headings for the days forum subjects any member could add to the list. What do you think

Good idea Maurice, when I think what problems I had with the forum and the chat room at the beginning, but fortunately I soon found someone to help me and to encourage me to post.

I agree with Pheonix, if an old duffer lke me can do it, then anyone can do it. just persevere

I know I am lucky Teri to have some of the g/kids around me,today was a pleasure to take them to see Mamma Mia,the 2 I took are 13 and 16,the 16 year old is going to college soon in Essex where her Dad  lives, I will miss her lots.

She will miss you, too and certainly ring you up or visit you often.

If one has a Computer??  Use "SKYPE"   CAN CHAT FOR FREE AND IF ONE HAS A 'WEBCAM' CAN SEE EACHOTHER, TALKING AS OFTEN AS YOU LIKE!! --- I lOVE IT, AS DO MY FRIENDS!!

Mac, The reason I suggested SKYPE, is because of the 'Clarity' of Sound. Just as though you are 'together' in the same room = Brilliant!!
