Its very nice but there was no leaflet advising of amounts that can be put in the goblet ie if making smoothies. I'm a " bung " cook normally but I would like a guide to portion size, also for making soups.

I can put all the ingredients for soup in my blender and the same for smoothies I use 5 fruits a day as they recommend I will give you an example soup 1 onion 1 carrot 1 stick celery 1 tin tomatoes seasoning to taste chilli,salt,papper,chicken cube, then boil for 20 minutes in a pan the fruit I just cut up amd put in ! hope this helps Title: Re: Olde Fashioned 'recipe' Post by: Phoenix on January 25, 2008, 04:00:06 PM Hello Betty, Hope you are Winning with the liquidiser??

I've made two lots of soup now, I have it at lunch time woth one slice of wholemeal bread, think it does me more good than a sandwich!Haven't tried smoothies yet, would like the price of strawberries to go down a bit first!
