Title: " BARROWS " Post by: smiler on May 14, 2007, 10:06:46 AM i did a piece on another site about when we were
kids, of making `barrows`. it went down a bomb in Canada & the U.S.A. did you make `barrows`out of old boxes & pram wheels, when you were young ? the fun of collecting all the items for making our barrow. someone `borrowed` the pram wheels, next the `box`, the old saw from `dads` toolbox. four or five of us all had a part to play, one taking out the nails, and straighten them. next getting a poker to heat up for the hole,to steer. assemble the barrow, now who is to drive it down down the hill, the one who provided the wheels...
