Title: Re: My Web Pages help section Post by: maurice on March 06, 2007, 02:35:01 PM Hi Smiler.
The postings are held within the archive but we started from scratch when the site went down. I could get at them if you wanted something specific. There is a list of members within the site which you can look at though it is not really complete Title: Re: My Web Pages help section Post by: maurice on March 06, 2007, 02:51:15 PM If you are nervous about using the personal pages Do your home page on a word document press copy Go to personal page and create a new page and paste it into Personal pages by going to the icon on the tool bar that says paste from word ( top row 4th from right ) Also go to site settings and fill it in. Remember when you paste from word you must save it before you move on to the next thing and you must also save your site settings. In fact when ever you enter anything in Personal pages you must press save.
I would like to see all our regular users creating their own pages as this would help to create good friendships Title: Re: My Web Pages help section Post by: smiler on March 06, 2007, 02:55:58 PM no maurice, SIR your reply is enough do not reqiuire

Title: Re: My Web Pages help section Post by: Maisie Walker on March 13, 2007, 11:15:54 PM I have put something up Maurice but its just saying that the site is waiting for me to update it. ???
Title: Re: My Web Pages help section Post by: maurice on March 15, 2007, 10:18:26 AM Masie and Smiler I notice you forgot to delete the phrase that says waiting for update. To do this go into settings delete the phrase then press save and it is done. The idea with Personal Pages is for the members to really get to know each other. Write as much as you can about yourself so that other members can get to know you but always remember do not write anything that would identify you.
Title: Re: My Web Pages help section Post by: Maisie Walker on March 15, 2007, 05:48:41 PM I must be as thick as two short planks Maurice because I am blowed if I can get rid of the line with update in it.
